Glen Valley Cemetery was established in 1792 and covers about 20 acres of land. The cemetery is notable for its variety of gravestones, monuments, and mausoleums, some dating back to the 18th century. The cemetery also features a chapel, a crematory, and a veterans' section.

The entrance to Glen Valley Cemetery is on Valley Road. The cemetery is surrounded by woods. Pleasant Brook flows adjacent to the southeast side of the cemetery. The Prince River is on the west side.
