Parking - Always a challenge. WMATA Bus routes L2, 42, and 43 are options.
Birding - Birding can be productive in the early morning. There is a fenced community garden near Columbia Rd., and a flower garden by the basketball courts which can attract good birds as spring progresses and into summertime.
Gear - Binoculars are sufficient. Scope not recommended.
Safety Concerns - None specific, yet off-leash dogs are expected.
