The best views are from the overlook and the lower boardwalk going down into the gorge. Though there aren't large numbers of birds in the area, the park offers unique perspectives of a variety of birds such as swallows as they fly along the steep cliff faces.
Northern Rough-winged Swallows appear to breed here.
The park features an overlook bridge with stunning views of the Cuyahoga river. There is also a small butterfly garden and a boardwalk that takes you deeper into the gorge. Free street parking is readily available.
