Warren Falls is a heavily-used observation site on the Green Mountain National Forest with high cliffs, fast water, deep swimming holes, and multiple footpaths. Acquired by the Forest Service in 1998, this area has a history of heavy use by locals and tourists, where one of the more popular activities is jumping off cliffs into swimming holes. Short loops provide access to various viewpoints and the Mad River. The river is cool and refreshing and the area’s beauty makes it worth visiting despite the crowds and parking challenges.
