Ames Long Pond, located on Highland Street on the Stoughton-Easton border, is the location for the Town's supervised swimming program. Significantly removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown, the beach is located in a distinctly country setting. Bordered by shade trees, the beach area is a welcoming spot to beat the heat, especially for families with young children and senior citizens.

Amenities include public bathrooms and a dock system. There is a fee for  using the beach area.
