Artichoke Dairy, a family-owned and operated business founded in 1924 by Antonio and Maria Artichoke, has been producing high-quality milk, cheese, yogurt, and butter for four generations. 

The Artichoke Dairy is on Rogers Street south of the Upper Artichoke Reservoir.
