The abandoned Norfolk Airport, formerly known as the Henan-Menon Memorial Airport. This is a mix of a private land trust and the Charles River Valley Storage area. Primarily used by residents for walking, it does allow dogs on leashes. Biking is permitted and it's a great area for beginners. Trails are mowed in the old airport field and wooded trails exist between the airport and Mill River. Several trails lead out to scenic spots on Mill River. Wooded trails are extremely muddy during the spring.
