About this Location

Wolfe Park is located in Lindale and features tennis courts, two baseball fields, one multi-purpose field, a playground, a walking trail and a pavilion. It is named after Richard Wolfe, a long-time plant manager at Pepperell Mills. Property is managed by Rome Floyd Parks and Recreation Association. The Gilbreath Center is also located in the park and includes a gym and rec center. The Gilbreath Center, named in honor of Otis Gilbreath, a long time Pepperell High School coach, is home to the Lindale WWII Memorial Plaques, which were constructed with bricks from the historic Lindale Mills.

Park hours are from dawn to dusk.
