Cedar Pond covers an area of 16 acres and has a maximum depth of 18 feet. The pond is fed by Cedar Brook, a tributary of the Saugus River, and drains into the Atlantic Ocean. 

Cedar Pond is visible from Cedardale Road in Lynn.
