Ducks, Geese, Kingfisher, Song Birds. Possibly for Shore Birds in Migration. 

East Palestine City Lake gets it's water from Leslie Run. 3/4 of the lake is good for fishing, while 1/4 of the lake is marshy and shallow. The community trail runs right along its water. There are garbage cans and picnic tables. The big parking lot is by the train bridge. There is also road side parking on the north end.
