This is a catch-all hotspot for the neighborhood of Cleveland Park that residents report neighborhood backyard/city birds as well as flyovers. 

The Klingle Valley Trail runs E-W through the neighborhood north of the zoo and south of Macomb St. NW. This connects to the Tregaron Observatory on the east to the Rock Creek Park trail network to the west.
