Lucas Pond covers an area of about 79 acres and has a maximum depth of 20 feet. The pond is surrounded by woodlands and wetlands.

Lucas Pond is southeast of Mountain Avenue (NH-43). There is canoe access at the north end of the pond and a public beach on the south end.
