La Brecque Field covers an area of 8.5 acres and features a baseball diamond, a playground, a basketball court, and a picnic area. The park was named after Joseph La Brecque, a local hero who served in World War II and died in action. The park is open from dawn to dusk and is maintained by the Quincy Parks and Recreation Department. La Brecque Field is a popular destination for families, sports enthusiasts, and nature lovers who enjoy the green space and the scenic views of the Neponset River.
There is a parking area at the intersection of Rockland Street and Sea Street.
