Green Street Park, 2.5 acres, has a playground, a basketball court, a picnic area, and a gazebo. The park was established in 1898 and named after John Green, a prominent local merchant and philanthropist. The park is open daily from dawn to dusk and is maintained by the Gloucester Parks and Recreation Department.
