Tips for Birding

Occasionally in the summer when there is a major event, portable outhouse restrooms will be available. During the rest of the year, however, the closest public restrooms are in the Providence Place Mall.

Birds of Interest

In the winter months, this hotspot is a good place to scan for seagulls. While you will mostly find the common species such as Ring-billed Gulls, Herring Gulls, and Great Black-backed gull, occasionally something less common will show up, such as an Iceland Gull or Lesser Black-backed Gull.
