Pierce's Pond is part of the Ipswich River watershed. Pierce's Pond has a history that dates back to the colonial era when it was used as a source of water and ice by the nearby residents. The pond was named after John Pierce, a prominent landowner and merchant who lived in the area in the 18th century. 

Pierces Pond is surrounded by homes. There is a view of the pond from Huntington Drive on the south end of the pond.
