This park is known for Eastern Screech Owls year-round and Whip-poor-wills and Chuck-wills-widow during migration.

Brothers Pond is a city park that has a paved trail the runs from one end of the park to the other. Parking is along Ponderosa Drive on the south side of the park. There is a small pond, but it does not usually attract waterfowl.
