This is a members-only country club and golf course. The golf course is well-wooded and is the main birding attraction, and although the grounds are off-limits, it can be viewed from public streets on multiple sides. The best viewing is from Meadowlark Drive on the west side, Fairview Circle on the south side, and Rosemont Drive on the northeast side. There is a series of ponds on the western edge of the golf course that are visible from Meadowlark Drive.
Note that the neighborhoods to the west are a separate eBird hotspot.
A variety of species of interest can be found here, including various woodpeckers, kingbirds, and migrants. Look for ducks, herons, and cormorants in the ponds along the western edge of the golf course. Numerous rarities have been found here over the years including Lewis's Woodpecker and Tropical Kingbird.
