About this Location

Coughlin Park has views of the Boston Harbor and the city skyline, as well as a playground, a basketball court, a picnic area, and a boat ramp. The park is named after John J. Coughlin, a former mayor of Winthrop who served from 1952 to 1964. The park is open from dawn to dusk, and admission is free.
