Pavilion Beach is situated at the southern end of Stacy Boulevard, near the Fishermen's Memorial. The beach offers a view of the harbor and the city skyline, as well as a sandy shore for swimming and sunbathing. Pavilion Beach is also a popular spot for fishing, boating, and kayaking.
