Official WebsiteThe Old Trolley Line Conservation Area is an 18-acre parcel of land in Easthampton that was once part of the electric trolley system that connected the city with Holyoke and Northampton. The conservation area features a 0.6-mile trail that follows the former trolley line, as well as wetlands, woodlands, and wildlife habitats. The trail is open to the public for hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing. The conservation area is managed by the Easthampton Conservation Commission and the Pascommuck Conservation Trust, a local nonprofit organization that works to preserve and protect natural resources in Easthampton.
