Pine Grove Cemetery was established in 1851 and has over 6,000 memorials for people who lived and died in the town. The cemetery is managed by the Pine Grove Cemetery Association, a non-profit organization that maintains the grounds and records. 

There are entrances to Pine Grove Cemetery on Canal Street and Main Street in Farmington.
