Park at the bottom of the hill, between the basins. Under no circumstances should you ever enter the fenced areas! You can walk along the fences along the two basins off The Concourse Road to check the ponds for birds.

This location has No Trespassing signs. Please obey the spirit and letter of these signs.

Waterfowl, shorebirds, Bald Eagles. Northern Shrike has been found here in the past. In winter, ducks drop into the impoundments at all times during the day, but particularly at dusk.

This is private water company property. There is a resident at the top of the hill who is very sensitive about people looking over at his property, and it's important that we stay clear of his property. He has complained to the water company and we don't want our access to be curtailed because of such complaints. Some people refer to this location as on Mayfair Avenue, but technically, it's not.
