In winter this hotspot is a popular place to watch for alcids, scoters, and seagulls. During winter storms large numbers of Bonaparte's Gulls and Razorbills have been reported here.
Bass Rock is a coastal rocky outcrop. This spot is open to the public, there are a few parking spots available at the end of Bass Rock Road in Narragansett, Rhode Island.
