El Paso Rio Loop - Great Texas Birding Trail - Far West Texas Official WebsiteCan be a very good spot for migrant songbirds, and has held a fair number of rarities over the years.
Migrant and wintering songbirds.
A small but well-vegetated city park. The sections bounded by Grant Ave, Copper Ave, and Raynor Street are best. Parking is along Grant Ave.
Wednesday is typically the day that the grass in the park is mowed, and the noise from the mowers makes it very difficult to find birds. The park can be quite popular on the weekends.
