Mill River Falls Natural Area is located on Saint Albans Bay. This conservation project protects fishing and hunting access to the river delta, as well as protecting the waterfall and an important floodplain forest absorbing sediments and phosphorous from the Mill River watershed. At least 4 rare plants and 4 rare animals, in addition to a prime fishing habitat, are protected by this project.
From the South: Take I-89 north to Exit 18. Take US-7 north for about 5.6 miles take a left onto Mill River Road and follow it until you come to a T. The six-car parking lot for Mill River Falls will be directly in front of you.
From the North: Take I-89 south to Exit 19. Take Saint Albans State Highway west and turn left onto US-7 south. Follow this for about 2 miles and then take a right onto Mill River Road and follow it until you come to a T. The six-car parking lot for Mill River Falls will be directly in front of you.
