Errol is a small town along the Androscoggin River in the Great North Woods region. It is a popular destination for outdoor recreation, especially fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, and ATV riding. Errol is home to the Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge, which protects a large wetland area and provides habitats for many wildlife species.
Bear Book winds through downtown Errol. Woods surround the area. There are side streets where you can walk.
