There are no roads that public access roads that lead to these Sewage Lagoons. To access, there are trails south off of Fisher St that you can take to get there. One option is to park where Fisher deadends into the back of Kingston High School and take the path along the west side of High School Athletic Field south. The second option is to park at the south parking area for Kingston Park which is also off of Fisher St near the large drainage ditch and follow the mowed path along the ditch as far south as you can and then take the last path that goes west and it will merge with the path at the south end of the Athletic Field which will lead you to the sewage lagoons. There is no direct access, but there is a high hill that gives you a decent overview of the lagoons.
