Elida’s town hall is located in the southwest corner of a two-and-a-half-acre turfed plaza dotted with numerous deciduous trees. A covered picnic area lies in the northwest corner;  playground equipment is toward the northeast. Streets surrounding the plaza are wide, with ample parking.
