This is the parking area for a large office park with multiple tenants. Highlights include fruiting trees in the central and eastern portion of the site, a grove of large eucalyptus trees along the south side near the center of the site, and extensive Tipuana trees in the central and western portion of the site. Fall migrants, including many rarities, are often found throughout the site. The most popular months for birding here are September, October, and November.

Birders' continued access to the Tech Park depends upon our behavior.  Please follow these guidelines.

• Be sensitive to cars entering and leaving the site. They have priority.
• Use sidewalks where those are available
• Don't trample vegetation
• Be aware and courteous
• Don't look directly at or into the buildings
