Prospect Park Conservation Area is a 74-acre natural preserve that provides space for hiking, biking, fishing, and birdwatching. The park features diverse habitats, including wetlands, woodlands, meadows, and streams. The park also protects several rare and endangered species, such as the wood turtle, the eastern box turtle, and the blue-spotted salamander. Prospect Park Conservation Area is open to the public year-round, from dawn to dusk. It is managed by the Leominster Conservation Commission and the Leominster Recreation Department.
