There are 2 main pullouts. The lower one at the picnic table has more bird potential. The hillside below can have Black-chinned Sparrows, and the cliffs and steep hill side above it great for Canyon & Rock Wren, plus Rufous-crowned Sparrow. The upper pull out is higher and just gives you a different lookout towards the high peaks to the southwest.

Large rusted metal you see down the hillside is from an old truck that wrecked on this road many years ago.
