This is an underbirded location, but it's a woodland area, with a nice glade component. Check the eBird data for what's been seen here.

The upper part of the property is relatively flat and fairly easy to walk. In the fields to the north of the entrance, there are some sapling stumps hidden in the grass that might pose a trip hazard; this is the result of the field being cleared from an overgrown state. There may also be some parts of these fields that are disked, which can make walking slightly difficult.
There is a path (an old two-track that's overgrown, across from the barn) down toward Floyd's Fork which is steep in some places. Walk carefully as there are roots, rocks, and mud which can be trip hazards. I suggest lots of insect repellent during warmer months if this path is not mowed.
Trails are not maintained at present; we are asking for the old roads described above to be mowed to facilitate birding during warmer months (to reduce tick exposure).
