Smith Ditch flows through Fairlawn Park. As part of a wetland restoration project, a wildlife viewing deck overlooks the wetland. The deck is accessed from a trail at the end of the parking lot adjacent to the soccer fields.

Fairlawn Park is located on Ridgewood Road and houses a Community Garden and Soccer Fields.

The park is managed by the City of Fairlawn Parks and Recreation Department.
