Mill Pond Park is located on the east side of Elm Street (VT-12), across from where Summer Street intersects with Elm Street and is approximately 0.25 miles north of the Elm Street Cemetery. The park has several hundred feet of frontage and delightful access to the North Branch River and includes a boat launch, numerous wooden benches, and a beautiful curved stone bench that provides a wonderful view of the river. It is possible to canoe almost one mile north on the river, about to the North Branch River Park and Nature Center connector bridge making for a delightful short canoe. Parking at the park is short-term only, helpful for canoe drop-off and pick-up.
