351 acres. From Grand Junction, go 2 miles W on Hwys. 6 and 50, turn S on River Rd., go 0.5 miles and turn S on gravel road.

Wildlife includes: 200 species of birds (bald eagles, great blue heron, songbirds, shorebirds, owls, waterfowl), cottontail, deer, pheasant, bobcat, beaver, porcupine, coyote, gray fox and raccoon; Migrating waterfowl refuge; Valuable riparian habitat along the Colorado River.
