Bird Census: Every 3rd Tuesday at 8am. Bring your water and binoculars.

Three wildlife observation blinds equipped with identification books and camera ports make it an ideal place to watch and photograph birds and the wide variety of wildlife in the Texas Hill Country.

Kreutzberg Canyon Natural Area is a 117-acre natural area park located in Boerne Texas along the Guadalupe River. With 3 miles of multi-use trails, Kreutzberg Canyon is a destination for hiking, biking, exercising and picnicking. Kronkosky Interpretive Garden is home to nature and historical education and a diverse collection of native and adapted plants. Stroll through the beautiful garden to practice plant identification skills, and learn about native animals and plants, fossils, Texas leaf-cutter ants, and alien invaders. The garden and adjacent bird blind are ADA approved.  Kreutzberg Canyon Natural Area has 1,700 feet of waterfront along the Guadalupe River making it an ideal location for swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and more.
