Southampton Center Cemetery is one of the oldest cemeteries in the country and the oldest continuously operating cemetery in Massachusetts. The cemetery was established in 1738 and has about 1,200 graves, including some of the town's founders and veterans of the American Revolution. The cemetery is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. 

There are entrances to Southampton Center Cemetery on College Highway (MA-10) near the Southampton Center Historic District.
