This pond is capable of attracting some decent waterfowl such as Green-winged Teals, Gadwall, and more.
While heavily polluted from litter, this pond is capable of attracting a fairly decent variety of waterfowl given it's small size and positioning in a fairly urban environment.
Moshassuck Pond is most easily viewed from the sidewalk of Moshassuck Industrial Highway. There are no designated parking areas for the pond, however, street parking is available on Moshassuck Industrial Highway. Moshassuck Industrial Highway tends to be very busy and noisy with freight trucks as well as fast moving personal vehicles, during 9am-5pm business hours. Be advised that there tends to be lots of litter near this pond including broken glass which can be hazardous.
