Mountain Lakes is a four-season recreational community located in the White Mountains. It is an official village district within the town of Haverhill and covers about 1550 acres of land, with 570 acres of common green belt areas. Mountain Lakes has two lakes with 75 acres of open water, four community beaches, a swimming pool, a lodge, tennis courts, and nature trails. It offers canoe, kayak, and row boat rentals for residents and visitors.
