Brooksby Farm was established in 1638 by the Brooks family, who owned it for over 300 years. Today, the farm is owned by the city of Peabody and operated by the Peabody Recreation, Parks and Forestry Department. Brooksby Farm offers a variety of activities and attractions for visitors, such as pick-your-own fruits and vegetables, farm animals, hiking trails, a bakery, a gift shop, and seasonal events. The farm also hosts weddings, birthday parties, and educational programs.
