Formerly known as the Adena Recreational Trail or the Triangle Trail, the renamed Paint Creek Recreational Trail is a paved, 32-mile bicycle and walking path that connects Chillicothe with Washington Court House almost entirely on the abandoned B&O Railroad corridor.

Day hikes of varied distances are possible from tailheads on the Paint Creek Recreational Trail.
