Downtown Richmond has an assortment of tall buildings, concrete plazas, paid parking lots, a few shade trees, and a few manicured shrubs. The closest free parking to any of these three Hot Spots is a few spaces at the south end of 10th Street, next to Riverfront Plaza, about 0.4 mile south of the Capitol Grounds. Everything else is paid parking, all day long, every day.
