Check out the many hotspots on the refuge for details.  In general watch the mature sage areas for sage Sagebrush Sparrow, any water for waterfowl and rails.  

Tundra Swan, Wintering waterfowl, raptors.  

As with all NWR you'll need a pass or to pay a daily fee.
