These three similar lakes lie along the north-flowing Rooty Branch, before it flows into the Chickahominy River. Each lake has a path (mostly asphalt) going completely around it. All three are surrounded by corporate office buildings, some of which have cafés and patios. Lake Innsbrook and Waterfront Lake are connected by a 0.4-mile path running alongside Rooty Branch.
