Tupper Lake refers to both a village and a lake in the Adirondack Park.

The Village of Tupper Lake is a community nestled amidst rolling hills, mountains, and sparkling lakes. It boasts a population of around 3,350 residents and is known for its friendly atmosphere and rich French Canadian influence. Even the downtown area offers a sense of closeness to nature, with fresh air and scenic beauty just around the corner.

The lake itself, Tupper Lake, is a beautiful body of water that straddles the county lines of Saint Lawrence County and Franklin County. Discovered by Native Americans in the 16th century, the lake was named after Ansel Tupper, a land surveyor who was the first European to lay eyes on it. The lake is fed and drained by the Raquette River.
