Frank Raines Regional Park is one of five parks owned and operated by Stanislaus County. This park consists of three units: the Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) Park, the Day Use Park, and Minniear Day Use Area. Deer Creek Campground is located along Del Puerto Canyon Road at mile 16.0, adjacent to the OHV park. A second campground, Deer Creek Undeveloped Campground, is located adjacent to the Day Use Park and is accessible through the Day Use Park entrance located at mile 15.6 of Del Puerto Canyon Road.
