The City of Ceres has fourteen neighborhood and community parks. Each of these parks is an eBird hotspot and is included in this hotspot group. Bird lovers are encouraged to "adopt" a park or two in their own neighborhood, go birding there often, and record their checklists on eBird. In addition to building an understanding of birds in your community, as you invite walking friends, neighbors, and children to become acquainted with their neighborhood parks you will increase awareness of wildlife, local parks, and green recreation.
