Little Sebago Lake covers an area of 2009 acres and has a maximum depth of 52 feet. The lake is divided into two basins by a narrow channel and has many islands, coves, and shallow bars. Little Sebago Lake is a popular destination for boating, fishing, swimming, and wildlife viewing. The lake  hosts a breeding pair of loons that can be observed through a live camera. The Little Sebago Lake Association is a nonprofit organization that owns and operates Hopkins Dam, which regulates the water level of the lake. The association's mission is to protect, restore, and improve the lake's water quality and fragile ecosystem, as well as to educate users on lake safety and stewardship.
