The last admission is at 4 pm with the Zoo closing at 5 pm.

There is a rich diversity of plants and trees at the Toledo Zoo. The skilled staff in the Horticulture department are responsible for the lush scenery at the Zoo, including the breathtaking gardens.

Adjacent to the Conservatory are other special gardens, each with a distinct theme. The rose garden holds approximately 200 roses with varieties of hybrid teas, floribundas, grandifloras, and climbers, all flowering throughout the growing season.
